Five years ago, Gareth made the courageous decision to setup his own company, TM CAD Design. Having delivered traffic management plans as part of a corporate function, he knew there was a demand in the market for his skills.

Over the last five years we have gone from strength to strength, all the hard work, dedication and long hours that Gareth and Danica have put into the business is paying off.

This week we have been helping our valued clients to maintain the M1 from defects. As I’m sure you know, before any work on the road can begin, it’s essential to have a well-planned and thought-out solution for traffic management. This not only helps traffic flow while the carriageway maintenance is carried out but also keeps everyone, from the people using the motorway to the operatives carrying out vital repair work, safe while the work is being carried out. It is especially important to ensure the traffic management has been planned for everyone’s safety on high-speed roads such as motorways.

Highway work is amongst the most dangerous occupations and ensuring the traffic management is well thought out is the first step to making sure operatives are able to carry out their work without unnecessary hazards. We are very proud to be playing our part in keeping the roads of Britain safe.
